King Felipe of Spain was crushed and destroyed over wife Queen Letizia infidelities as he was 'aware she was cheating on him in real time' King Felipe of Spain was crushed and destroyed over his wife Queen Letizias alleged infidelity, according to a bombshell new book.  The Spanish royal family has been rocked by new claims made by journalist Jaime Peafiel, who has covered the royals for decades.  In his latest work, titled Letizias Silences, released in Spain Wednesday, May 29, Peafiel, 91, claimed the king of Spain was aware that Letizia was cheating on him in real time as her bodyguards have an obligation to report on her whereabouts. The royal author alleges that bodyguards joined the queen on a trip to New York back in 2011, during which she was accompanied by her rumored lover Jaime del Burgo.  Letizia, 51, reportedly dated del Burgo before meeting King Felipe in 2002.  That day [in New York], she was accompanied by her faithful escorts, who, without a doubt, any, they would pass a report to the Ministry of the Interior or [the Palace of] Zarzuela, Peafiel wrote in his book, according to Daily Mail. He added that Felipe, 56, was left crushed and destroyed by Letizias alleged betrayal, and was plunged into hell and wants to get out.  The Queen’s alleged lover Del Burgo, 54, who is currently based in the UK, contributed in January to Peafiels tell-all book about Letizia.  The entrepreneur, who is the son of former politician Jaime Ignacio del Burgo, was married to Letizias sister Telma from 2012 to 2014. Based on the allegations, this means that Del Burgo slept with two sisters – Queen Letizia and her sister Telma whom he eventually married. In Peafiels first book, del Burgo claimed that he and Queen Letizia were still romantically involved after Letizia tied the knot with Felipe in 2004.  Prior to her wedding to Felipe, Letizia was previously married to literature teacher Alonso Guerrero Perez from 1998 to 1999.  Del Burgo claimed that he was dating Letizia when she met King Felipe, and that he was planning to propose to Letizia when she announced that she was dating a mysterious diplomat over dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz hotel in Madrid in 2002. In his new book, Peafiel also claimed that everything in Letizias world has been broken as a result of her alleged deceit, adultery and betrayals.  The veteran reporter took further aim at the queens character, claiming she is cold, indestructible and determined and often resorts to silence as a way of controlling and punishing other people.  In January, Peafiel was let go from the Spanish newspaper El Mundo after a 20-year tenure.  His sudden departure from the publication took place shortly after he made a series of damaging allegations about the royal family in his first book, titled Letizia & I. In the book, released Jan. 30, Peafiel alleged that Letizia was embroiled in an affair with del Burgo a claim he doubled down on in his latest book.  Elsewhere, the veteran royal reporter labeled Letizia emotionally immature.  He also claimed that she is hated by Felipes family.  Peafiel claims that Letizias passive aggressive nature is the reason Felipes mother, Queen Sofia, and his sisters Infanta Cristina and the Duchess of Lugo, hate her so much.  Felipe and Letizia tied the knot in a lavish ceremony on May 22, 2004.  They celebrated their 20th anniversary last week. I did not sit and wallow in self pity instead I picked myself up- May Yul Edochie breaks down in tears while speaking at an event May, the embattled first wife of actor, Yul Edochie, broke down in tears while speaking at a public event recently.   The mum of three spoke to a group of women about picking themselves up after a fall.  In her speech, May recounted how she had to pick herself up when she suffered a setback. She said she was running several businesses but they all went down when something happened. At this point, her emotions failed her and she broke into tears.I did not sit and wallow in self pity instead I picked myself up, I used to run multiple businesses. They all went down when she said May and Yul were married for seventeen years and shared four children, however, their first son Kambilichukwu died last year. They began having issues after Yul picked actress Judy Austin as a second wife. Some guys dey take risks sha And I kinda liked that risk though. He probably was interested in doing “girlfriend” thing. Me, I wanted a “wife”. In my mind, I was like, Enyi, stop looking at me like that abeg. I don see wetin I dey find since. She took permission from him and came to answer me. After that very day, the rest was history. Today she’s my wife  And the guy? I mean, the boyfriend? He’s still very much unmarried as I write this, doing playboy. My wife sent only 100k to me which I used for tests, drugs Man accused of using money for his wife's CS to buy phone and dog speaks The man whose wife accused him of abandoning her in the hospital where she went to deliver their baby has spoken. On Wednesday, May 15, a woman narrated how she got donation from a Facebook user to pay for cesarean section to have her baby (read here). She added that her husband objected to the CS, took her home, and gave her herbal medicine to drink. When her situation escalated, she said she returned to the hospital then gave her husband N240k out of the money donated by the kind-hearted man on Facebook to pay for the CS. However, she said her husband left the hospital without paying so she had to give her husband’s sister the rest of the money to pay for the procedure. When her husband got back, his sister confronted him, threatening to arrest him, so he allegedly disclosed he used the money to buy a phone and a dog. The wife added that after the birth of their daughter, her husband abandoned her in Alimosho General Hospital, Igando. Reacting today on Facebook, the husband gave his account of what transpired. He said his wife’s behaviour changed the moment the kind Facebook user donated a huge sum to her for their child’s birth. He wrote: “Since the very minutes Obol Jesam Michael came to our rescue, my wife started displaying caprices that she can shout at me to the extent nurses and some patient have to beg me to ignore her.  If you know my wife closely, you should know the kind of person she is.” He explained that his pregnant wife was the one who initially objected to being in the hospital, so he took her home and got her agbo (herbal medicine). He added that when his wife’s situation escalated, his neighbours came to call him that his wife was asking them to take her to the hospital. He said he organised to get her to the hospital. He explained that the donor who gave his wife money also called to urge him to agree to CS if that’s what will save his wife’s life. When they returned to the hospital, he said his wife gave him N100k, not N240k as she claimed. He said he used the money to pay for blood, tests, and drugs. He then left the hospital to rush to his office in order to ask for partial leave. He said this process took time and when he returned, his wife was shouting at him but he ignored her and did what he could to ensure the surgery goes smoothly.He said he does not understand his wife’s rationale for going online to call him out. “My wife I love so much. A woman I went against lots of advice to marry. It not always about you – Nigerian marriage therapist tells Muslim women A Nigerian marriage therapist, Shamseddin Giwa, has advised Muslim women to understand that polygamy is permissible in Islam and get used to it before marriage.  “The shock for many Muslim first wives begins when the husband announces the decision to take another wife given the mindset and upbringing that if you do your best your husband will not desire another,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday.  The truth: You may be the best wife and your husband still wants another. You may be less than average and your husband doesnt take another. Its not always about you.
